Order Fulfillment Agent - Weekend Shift

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Agent for their Joliet, IL location. The Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, processing, and packaging customer orders before they leave the facility for delivery. The agent works closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

Role involves:

• Appropriately applying labels to all products for shipment.
• Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods.
• Confirming products’ unit counts and labels match dispensary manifests.
• Staging, packing, and sealing all finished orders for delivery.
• Weighing and recording packages gross weight prior to shipment.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Well organized and ability to keep deadlines.
• Works well with all peers.
• Effective communication skills.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• General computer knowledge.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
