FalconX is seeking a Finance Associate to join their team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. The Finance Associate will handle accounts payable, employee expense reimbursements, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations. They will also provide support during audits and manage email communications related to finance activities. The role involves:
- Processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Reviewing employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Conducting regular balance sheet reconciliations.
- Managing and prioritizing incoming emails related to accounts payable.
- Providing necessary documentation and support during audits.
Requirements:
- Experience with accounts payable processes.
- Familiarity with employee expense reimbursement procedures.
