Daybreak Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide teletherapy services to students across Arizona. The clinician will be part of a dedicated and compassionate community, making a real impact on youth mental health.Role involves:

• Providing psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management to youth.
• Collaborating with school counselors, therapists, and families to provide wraparound care.
• Delivering care via a secure telehealth platform.

• Independently licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
