Marketing Manager, UK

Job Description

Notion is seeking a Marketing Manager for its EMEA team, based in London, United Kingdom. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness and customer engagement within the UK market. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing strategic programs to generate market-level demand, increase pipeline, and drive revenue. They will collaborate closely with the UK market pod to develop and implement regional field events, campaigns, and programs.

Role involves:

• Understanding and articulating UK market trends to inform marketing strategy.
• Creating and delivering a holistic regional marketing plan for the UK.
• Planning and executing impactful market-level campaigns and field programs.
• Managing and optimizing B2B and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
• Partnering with the communications team to increase market-level brand awareness.
• Managing the local marketing budget and tracking market-level success metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years of B2B marketing experience at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience driving campaign plans from planning to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
