Treasury Oversight - Associate / Assistant Vice President

Job Description

iCapital is seeking a Treasury Oversight Associate/Assistant Vice President to join its Fund Finance team. This role involves managing bank relationships, supervising private fund banking operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of treasury processes.Responsibilities include:

• Timely opening and tracking of new bank accounts.
• Participating in meetings with various teams to select appropriate banking partners.
• Compiling and submitting documentation for account closures.
• Administering banking portal entitlements.
• Assisting with Kyriba implementation.
• Maintaining bank fee price lists and conducting comparative analysis.
• Managing banking information within iCapital's system.
• Coordinating bank account risk mitigation and security features.
• Supporting the opening of lines of credit and maintaining credit facility reporting.
• Compiling and delivering reports on banking balances and activity.
• Assisting with procedural documentation of treasury processes.
• Supporting iCapital's vendor management program.
• Assisting with cash reconciliations and payment research.

Qualifications include:

• A degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in treasury operations.
• Experience with private funds and fund administration is a plus.
• Knowledge of various banking platforms.
• Proven ability to multitask and work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
