Client Solutions (Fluent in Korean) - Assistant Vice President

iCapital Network is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) to join their International Client Solutions team in the Asia Pacific region. This role supports iCapital's international expansion strategy, focusing on the Korean and Hong Kong markets. The AVP will contribute to business development activities, targeting banks, wealth managers, asset managers, and alternative asset managers.

The position is based in Hong Kong and reports to the Head of Client Solutions Asia Pacific. iCapital is experiencing rapid international growth, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Client Solutions Asia Pacific in executing the business development strategy.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Respond to RFPs from Wealth- and Asset Managers.
• Educate clients on Private Markets/Alternatives and iCapital’s solutions.
• Provide feedback on the competitive landscape and investor trends.
• Build internal relationships within iCapital.

Qualifications:

• Solid academic credentials in a relevant field.
• 6-10 years of experience in the Asset- or Wealth Management industry.
• Track record in developing and managing client relationships.
• Exposure to Private Equity and/or other Private Markets asset classes.
• Entrepreneurial approach with problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Collaborative and strategic mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
• Fluency in English and Korean.
