Rent the Runway is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in shaping the customer journey. This role involves developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies to engage and retain customers, driving long-term value and loyalty.About Rent the Runway:Rent the Runway (RTR) is transforming the way we get dressed by pioneering the world’s first Closet in the Cloud.   • Creating and QA daily email campaigns, automated flows, SMS, in-app messages, and push notifications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define key touchpoints and design personalized experiences.
  • Developing and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize the customer journey.
  • Segmenting customer cohorts based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Owning end-to-end campaign processes, including planning, creative development, deployment, and reporting.
  • Implementing testing strategies, including A/B testing and multivariate testing.
  • Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies in lifecycle marketing.
  • Developing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate performance insights.
  • Refining and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns to meet consumer needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or related roles.
  • Technical experience with CRM systems and analytics tools (e.g., Sailthru, Attentive, Looker).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
