Job Description
Blackbird Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Evaluations to join their clinical leadership team. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality clinical services and meeting patient needs. The Director will set clinical standards, provide oversight, advance clinical approaches, and maintain clinical quality and compliance. The position is hybrid, based in King of Prussia, PA, with the ability to work remotely for part of the week.
Role Involves:
- Conducting 3-4 evaluations per week
- Developing clinical protocols
- Building a provider community and supporting retention
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Solving provider and patient issues
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- 3+ years of administrative or leadership experience in behavioral health
- Knowledge of typical and atypical development
- Experience with evidence-based assessment and diagnosis practices
- 1+ year of experience providing clinical evaluations (DSM5-TR or DC0-5)
- ADOS 2 assessment certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of behavioral health regulatory requirements
- Ability to work on-site in King of Prussia, PA, 2 days a week
