Job Description
Pismo is seeking a Director of Partnerships to drive revenue and expand its reach in the North American market. This role is crucial for building and managing relationships with product partners, system integrators, Big Four firms, and boutique consultancies.Responsibilities:
  • Expanding the pipeline through partner-led referrals and access to RFPs.
  • Accelerating revenue by enabling faster, partner-led implementations.
  • Boosting credibility through third-party validation and market influence.
  • Increasing deal size and win rate via co-pitched, end-to-end solutions.
  • Improving efficiency by scaling delivery without proportional headcount growth.
  • Providing strategic insight into Tier 1 clients and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow complex relationships with global system integrators, Big Four firms, and boutique consultancies.
  • Strong understanding of how partnerships contribute to pipeline growth, deal acceleration, and revenue generation.
  • Deep familiarity with the financial services ecosystem—especially Tier 1 banks, core banking transformation, and the consulting landscape that supports them.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—both internally and externally.
