Workato is seeking a highly motivated Field Marketing Manager to join their Demand Generation team. This role focuses on expanding and scaling field marketing efforts across North America. The Field Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to shape go-to-market strategies and execute impactful campaigns that generate and accelerate pipeline.Responsibilities:

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in field marketing and/or account-based marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
Proven ability to manage and scale multiple campaigns simultaneously.
A self-starter mindset with strong project management skills.
Direct experience adapting product marketing messages and growth campaigns for specific personas and territories.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
Familiarity with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, and other modern MarTech platforms is a strong plus.
