Job Description
Workato is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join their team in Australia, covering the ANZ market. Workato is the leader in enterprise orchestration, helping businesses streamline operations by connecting data, processes, applications, and experiences. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding Workato's footprint in the region, focusing on new business acquisition within commercial accounts. This role offers the flexibility to work in a way that delivers the best results, with access to a WeWork All Access space.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and executing a territory plan targeting large commercial companies in Australia.
- Selling directly and with/through channel partners.
- Multi-threading with C-level executives across business units in target accounts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role.
- Experience in leading complex and commercially significant sales to IT and business leaders.
- Experience handling and owning relationships within enterprise companies.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Successful in selling software or technology solutions, ideally in the integration, middleware, automation or enterprise software space.
- Experience in selling to both technical and business/executive stakeholders.
- Resourceful and capable of creating and executing an industry focus strategy in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.
