Job Description
InMobi is seeking a Data Scientist III to join their team in Bangalore. InMobi is a leading provider of content, monetization, and marketing technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Ad Tech, AI/ML, and Data Science, with experience working at scale. They should be familiar with big data processing and cloud computing.
Role involves:
- Project ideation and conceptualization
- Solution design, measurement and iteration
- Coaching, deployment and post deployment management
- Designing, development, testing of product experiments
- Analyzing data, design and develop models, and problem-solve solutions with the rest of the team
Requirements:
- 5.5 years to 7 years of experience
- Ph.D. or Master’s in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or Economics, Analytics, Data Science) or Bachelor's with additional experience
- Ad tech related industry experience working in Data Science teams is a plus
- Experience applying algorithms and techniques such as NLP, Reinforcement Learning, Time Series, etc.
- Comfortable with software programming and statistical platforms such as R, Python etc.
- Comfortable with the big data ecosystem and Apache Spark
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud/Vertex AI will be a bonus
- Excellent technical and business communication skills
- High degree of curiosity and ability to rapidly learn new subjects
