Job Description

Axon is seeking a Responsable de Compte Technique to manage relationships with key French government clients. This role involves building long-term strategic partnerships and providing technical expertise to help clients achieve their operational goals using Axon products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, offering insights into client needs and influencing product roadmaps. This position requires a blend of project management, product expertise, and consulting skills, with a focus on improving client efficiency and confidence.Responsibilities:

• Mastering Axon technologies and products, including Axon Evidence Local and body-worn cameras.
• Delivering presentations and technical discussions to high-level executives.
• Managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Providing technical support and creating knowledge base articles.
• Managing relationships with third-party integrators and clients.
• Traveling to client sites in France and overseas territories as needed.

Requirements:

• French nationality and security clearance eligibility.
• 5+ years of IT experience in technical support or IT deployment.
• Experience with large public or private sector accounts.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management.
• Advanced knowledge of IT and networking concepts.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
