Job Description
Veeam, the global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Customer Success Architect (Kasten) to join their Customer Success team. This role is based in Bucharest, Romania, and involves serving as a trusted advisor for select customers, guiding them through post-sales implementation and best practices for Veeam Kasten products and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities: - Onboarding select customers and assisting with deployment plans.
- Serving as the technical champion for Kasten solutions.
- Guiding customers with post-sales resources, documentation, training, and support.
- Collaborating with internal teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Providing customized recaps and guidance to customers.
- Providing detailed reports on customer interactions and feedback.
- Creating documentation to enhance the post-sales customer experience.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Demonstrating technical leadership and subject matter expertise.
- Acting as a technical expert and consultant to develop solutions.
Requirements: - 6+ years of customer-facing experience in technical consulting, technical escalation, technical support, customer success, and/or technical account management.
- Proven proficiency with Kubernetes-based environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, Docker, and data protection.
- Expertise in Linux administration.
- Deep knowledge of bash or similar Linux scripting languages.
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA or CKAD).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
