Job Description
Veeam is seeking a Channel Business Developer to improve partner renewal rates. The Channel Business Developer will maintain partner satisfaction by leveraging Veeam’s solutions. This role involves collaborating with partners and internal teams to drive higher renewal rates and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Improve partner renewal rates through partner relationships.
  • Monitor and review Veeam partners targeted for improvement.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal sales and marketing teams.
  • Handle partner inquiries regarding renewals, promotions, and product upgrades.
  • Pursue lapsed customers through channel partners.
  • Track renewal rates and communicate findings to partners.
  • Develop channel programs for renewals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in renewals sales (1 year minimum).
  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge of virtualization industry.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • IT knowledge and passion for technology innovation.
