Job Description
The Account Manager role at Later requires a creative and data-driven professional to manage client/influencer/affiliate relationships and end-to-end campaign execution. This role supports Later's Affiliate Marketing Platform, Mavely. The Account Manager will foster strong relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners, providing timely communication and support to address inquiries and concerns. They will also identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership growth, resolving conflicts and issues that may arise during campaigns.
What this role involves:
- Identifying, researching, and recruiting suitable influencers and content creators for brand collaborations and partnerships.
- Negotiating and managing influencer contracts, budgets, and deliverables.
- Creating and optimizing affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitoring campaign budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Preferred).
- 2-4 years experience in influencer marketing and affiliate marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Prior experience in an agency or talent management role/environment.
- Experience working with industry-relevant influencer and social media management platforms.
- Innovative and strategic thinker with proven ability to develop creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
