Later is seeking an Account Manager to support their Affiliate Marketing Platform, Mavely. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional who can manage client/influencer/affiliate relationships and end-to-end campaign execution while achieving key marketing objectives for brands. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, researching, and recruiting suitable influencers and content creators for brand collaborations and partnerships. They will also manage relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and publishers.
    What this role involves:
  • Identifying, researching, and recruiting suitable influencers and content creators
  • Negotiating and managing influencer contracts, budgets, and deliverables
  • Creating and optimizing affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and sales
  • Monitoring campaign budgets and allocating resources effectively
  • Fostering strong relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years experience in influencer marketing and affiliate marketing
  • Prior experience in an agency or talent management role/environment
  • Experience working with industry-relevant influencer and social media management platforms
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with proven ability to develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance
  • Strong strategic negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
