Job Description

Whalar is seeking a Community & Creator Partnerships, Jr. Executive to join their team in Berlin. This role involves growing and managing Whalar's community of creators across DACH and supporting client service teams in casting diverse and innovative creators in campaigns. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate, and a proactive problem solver.Here's what the role involves:

• Operating with creators on multiple social media platforms.
• Liaising with the Creator Partnerships team.
• Identifying influencers for brands.
• Communicating with influencers to agree on rates and secure talent.
• Ensuring creators are brand safe for campaigns.

Here's what Whalar is looking for:

• Fluency in German at a native or near-native level.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media/community management/influencer marketing.
• Experience in Google Workspace and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Skills in copywriting and communications.
• Experience building relationships with influencers/agents/clients.
• Passion for marketing, advertising, and the creator economy.
• Enthusiasm for social media, especially TikTok.
• Knowledge of current trends in social media.
• A knowledge and passion for topics of diversity and inclusion.
