Job Description
Bitpanda is seeking a VIP Relationships Manager to cultivate and manage relationships with VIP B2C customers. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting Bitpanda's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be service-driven, commercially aware, and knowledgeable about regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent Customer Success Management.
  • Attend and host local events.
  • Leverage data to intervene at critical moments in the customer journey.
  • Proactively manage and improve customer and business KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities and present tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to user acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a VIP Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role.
  • Understanding of business and customer KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and build relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Native-like English speaker.
  • Interest and knowledge of crypto (advantageous).
