Job Description
Testlio is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead the design of technical solutions for its platform. This role is fully remote within EMEA or APAC region. The Principal Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and documenting solution blueprints and technical specifications, championing high standards for solution design, and mentoring other engineers.
Role Involves:
- Designing and documenting solution blueprints and technical specifications.
- Conducting peer reviews and providing quality assurance for design documents.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Providing expert guidance on complex design challenges.
- Disseminating knowledge and mentoring other engineers.
- Defining and advocating for quality standards.
- Supporting the deployment of AI-assisted quality gate processes.
- Guiding teams on architectural decisions.
- Refining frameworks for translating technical impacts into business metrics.
- Curating the tech debt backlog.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
- 5+ years of leading architectural decisions, solution blueprinting & technical design.
- Strong affinity with tech stack of React, TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, PHP, MySQL, AWS, and Kafka.
- Practical knowledge of architectural patterns and coding practices.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Results-oriented with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong preference for a remote working environment.
