Principal Solutions Architect

Job Description

Testlio is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead the design of technical solutions for the continuous advancement of their Testlio Platform. Testlio is a quality management company that combines humans and machines to help digital innovators assure quality products at scale. The company is 100% remote, with employees in 150+ countries.This role involves:

• Designing and documenting solution blueprints and technical specifications.
• Championing high standards for solution design and technical documentation.
• Mentoring and guiding senior engineers.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and engineers.
• Acting as a technical authority within the Platform division.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
• 5+ years of leading architectural decisions, solution blueprinting & technical design.
• Strong affinity with React, TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, PHP, MySQL, AWS, and Kafka.
• Practical knowledge of architectural patterns and coding practices.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
