Job Description

TheFork is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Barcelona for a VIE contract, focusing on a strategic partnership with Mastercard. The role involves supporting the operational deployment, tracking, and evolution of the Mastercard partnership, reporting to the Senior Partnerships Program Manager. The Project Manager will help manage cross-functional work streams across Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure the success and expansion of this high-impact initiative.

What this role involves:

• Driving project execution for the Mastercard partnership, including premium experiences, product integrations, and the Mastercard Awards.
• Orchestrating stakeholders by preparing materials for internal governance and external meetings with Mastercard.
• Monitoring progress and impact by tracking key milestones, KPIs, and cross-team deliverables.
• Supporting operational rollouts by collaborating with Sales, Ops, and Marketing.
• Solving and adapting to roadblocks in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from a top business, engineering, or political science school.
• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or business operations.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
