HR Controller (w/m/d)

Job Description

Spread Group, an international lifestyle and fashion-tech company, is seeking a HR Controller to join their controlling team. The HR Controller will play a key role in shaping the company's future through data analysis and strategic decision-making.

The role involves:

• Determining and reporting HR key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Managing FTE and personnel cost planning at the department and group level
• Creating forecasts and participating in annual financial statements
• Serving as a central point of contact for management and stakeholders
• Maintaining and analyzing HR KPIs
• Ensuring accurate mapping of actual and planned data for personnel planning
• Preparing reports, presentations, and decision-making templates
• Optimizing processes for KPI collection, focusing on data provision and automation

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in economics (e.g., business administration, economics, etc.) with a focus on controlling or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with an affinity for working with data
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in controlling, ideally in HR controlling
• Ability to structure complex issues and prepare them for the target audience
• A reliable, independent, and structured way of working, team spirit, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluency in German and English
• Knowledge of Personio, LucaNet, BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Microstrategy etc.) and knowledge of payroll accounting (advantageous)
