Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain cleanliness and order within its vibrant hotel in Vienna. The Housekeeping Supervisor will report to the Housekeeping Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of hotel rooms, student rooms, shared kitchens, and public areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable with a flexible working routine.

What this role involves:
  • Ensuring the hotel is sparkling clean 24/7.
  • Coordinating work activities with external cleaning partners.
  • Supervising the performance of cleaning partners.
  • Planning and co-organizing student check-in and check-out.
  • Maintaining overall quality and cleanliness of rooms.
  • Ensuring adequate stock levels of supplies.
  • Organizing and structuring storages.
  • Evaluating records to forecast personnel requirements.
  • Making recommendations to improve room quality and efficiency.
  • Examining the building to identify repair needs.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisor/manager role.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Legal authorization to work in Austria.
