Restaurant Supervisor

Job Description

The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for their San Sebastian location. The Restaurant Supervisor will ensure each guest has the best possible TSH experience. They will work with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager, and community hosts to supervise all aspects of hotel operations. The role involves providing excellent service in the restaurant and bars, welcoming guests, and ensuring smooth hotel operations.What this role involves:

• Supervising and working with front of house staff to assist guests.
• Providing excellent service in the restaurant and bars.
• Handling guest and team member questions or complaints.
• Keeping an overview of hotel operations and remaining calm in stressful situations.
• Sharing TSH knowledge and assisting team members.
• Networking with the guest community and catering to their needs.
• Spreading smiles and good vibes.

Requirements:

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• At least 1 year of hotel or team leading experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Hardworking, responsible, and a "let's do this!" mentality.
• Ability to build, lead, and inspire motivated teams.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.
