The Social Hub is seeking an Internal Communications & Engagement Intern to join their team in Amsterdam. This role is crucial for fostering employee engagement and driving the company's culture and values. The intern will work closely with the internal communications team and various departments within The Social Hub.What this role involves:

• Managing the internal communications tool and supporting its development.
• Managing the internal communications calendar.
• Writing and editing articles, and creating engaging content.
• Using design tools like Canva and Figma.
• Interviewing team members and external stakeholders.
• Managing internal communications requests.
• Supporting internal projects and events.
• Researching employee engagement and internal communication trends.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic WO Bachelor- or Master student enrolled in a university.
• Living in or nearby Amsterdam.
• Fluent in English with excellent writing skills.
• Excellent people & communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial, open-minded, and curious mindset.
