Learning & Development Intern

Job Description

The Social Hub is offering a Learning & Development Internship within their TSH Academy team. This internship is designed for a talented and passionate individual who is eager to contribute to a culture of continuous learning and support the growth of TSH employees. The intern will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop essential skills in the L&D field.

The intern will be part of the TSH Academy team, assisting in the setup and evaluation of training initiatives and improving the effectiveness of existing training programs. They will collaborate with Training Specialists to deliver impactful learning experiences, coordinate programs, and contribute to new projects that align with organizational goals. This role offers a broad insight into the Learning & Development industry.

What the role involves:

• Scheduling and organizing training sessions, including global onboardings.
• Assisting with the coordination and delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Leveraging the Learning Management System (LMS) to optimize training coordination.
• Supporting the creation and development of learning materials.
• Gathering and analyzing feedback from training participants.
• Participating in ongoing team projects.
• Conducting research on current L&D trends.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Hospitality, Education, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• Must be enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Tech-savvy and able to pick up new systems easily.
• Strong attention to detail and a critical eye.
• Pro-active with a hands-on mentality.
• Creative and eager to share ideas.
