F&B Host (Waiter / Waitress)

Job Description

The Social Hub is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic F&B Host (Waiter/Waitress) to join their team in Glasgow. This role involves providing exceptional service in all front-of-house areas, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The F&B Host will also gain experience in front office duties, including check-in and check-out procedures.

• Welcoming guests and providing excellent service.
• Preparing and serving local dishes.
• Brewing coffee and mixing cocktails.
• Assisting guests with self-check-in kiosks.
• Answering guest inquiries and providing recommendations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
• Assisting guests with requests and demands.

• At least one year of experience in F&B, preferably in a hotel.
• Flexible, hands-on, and motivated approach.
• Ability to handle stressful peak periods.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid UK work authorization.
