Udacity is seeking a Session Lead (External Contractor) to mentor teenagers in Egypt through a 5-year blended-learning upskilling program. The Session Lead will deliver weekly virtual sessions, guiding students in their Nanodegree journey. This role involves providing world-class technical support, responding to student questions, and ensuring their progress. Udacity is committed to radical talent transformation in digital technologies, offering a unique online learning platform.Role involves:

• Leading weekly online sessions.
• Responding to student questions and providing support.
• Employing creative and innovative approaches for knowledge transfer.
• Proactively supporting students with empathy and clear terminology.

Requirements:

• Resident of Egypt with fluency in English and Arabic.
• Passion, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching teenagers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or public speaking.
• Technical fluency in one of the specialization areas.
• A student-first mindset.
• Availability to commit to a part-time, contractor-based engagement.
