Job Description

VML MAP is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join their expanding team in North America. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping out and enhancing business processes at the intersection of people, tools, and methodologies. This role is foundational in establishing efficient internal delivery models that align with company principles and meet client expectations. The consultant will engage in collaborative efforts to design and optimize processes that drive success for esteemed brands.

Role Involves:

• Leading workshops and conducting interviews.
• Designing future-focused marketing processes.
• Redefining roles and responsibilities.
• Evaluating and recommending platform enhancements.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Creating operational playbooks and presentations.
• Developing and delivering training materials.
• Supporting clients through implementation.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in mapping out and optimizing business processes.
• Background in agency or consultancy settings is advantageous.
• Relevant master's degree in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or related field.
• Proven ability to navigate complex environments.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong aptitude for forming cross-functional relationships.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with tools like Miro, SharePoint, Lucidchart and Visio.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel.
