Job Description
Gusto is seeking an Insights & Operations Lead for their GTM Marketing team. This role will be a strategic partner to the Head of Marketing, playing a critical role in the effectiveness of the Marketing organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic systems thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for making a significant impact on Gusto's Marketing organization.

The role involves:
  • Providing strategic and operational support to the Head of Marketing.
  • Managing high-priority Marketing initiatives.
  • Driving prioritization between Marketing and key stakeholders.
  • Crafting clear and compelling communication materials.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in analytical, operating roles at high-growth startups.
  • 5-7 years of experience in BizOps, consulting, CoS, and/or program management.
  • Deep understanding of operational excellence.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
