Job Description

Altera Digital Health is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead and optimize its network infrastructure. The Network Operations Manager will lead a team of Network Operation engineers responsible for monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our Network Systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance of Altera Digital Health's network infrastructure, aligning with the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Network engineers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define network operational strategies.
• Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of network systems.
• Lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely resolution of network issues.
• Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the network operations budget.
• Drive initiatives aimed at network optimization and performance enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership ability and 4+ years’ experience in a management position within Network Engineering & Operations environment.
• In-depth knowledge and working experience Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, VPNs.
• Experience with Cisco routing switching and Multi-Vendor Environment.
• In-depth knowledge and working experience on Protocols: PVST, RPVST, VXLAN, BGP EVPN, QOS
• In-depth Knowledge of Wireshark packet captures
• Strong technical background in Network systems, including hands-on experience with Cisco routers, Palo Alto firewalls, Azure Networking, Azure firewalls.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent is highly desirable.
