Job Description

Ada, an AI customer service company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solutions Consultant to join its presales team. This role will focus on helping innovative companies leverage AI and automation. The Solutions Consultant will partner with the APAC team to design impactful solutions, address client challenges, and drive growth in the APAC region.Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of client goals and industry challenges.
• Lead strategic discovery sessions to identify client pain points.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations.
• Leverage expertise in AI, LLMs, and generative models.
• Educate clients on the transformative potential of AI technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure client feedback drives innovation.
• Support the Sales team in navigating complex sales cycles.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or presales engineering.
• Proven track record of winning deals.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and generative models.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, SaaS platforms, and integration methodologies.
• Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
