Retool is seeking an Integrated Campaigns Manager to enhance their integrated campaign strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of key campaigns, working with various teams to drive pipeline impact. This role requires a creative and results-driven individual who can define campaign goals, develop multi-channel plans, and report on performance to leadership.Retool is a company focused on building a new type of development platform that combines the benefits of traditional software development with a drag-and-drop UI editor and AI, making it dramatically faster to build internal tools.
What this role involves: - Owning the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns.
- Partnering with Product Marketing, Content, Brand, and RevOps.
- Driving campaign execution end-to-end.
- Collaborating with Sales and BDR teams.
- Leveraging a modern marketing stack to launch, track, and optimize campaigns.
- Analyzing and reporting on campaign impact.
Requirements: - 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
- Proven track record of running integrated campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with growth teams on A/B testing.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
