(Associate) Consultant (m/w/d) Public Sector

Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant (m/w/d) Public Sector to drive change and develop forward-looking solutions for clients. The consultant will work closely with clients, combining strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities to address challenges in the public sector.Role Involves:

• Digital transformation of the public sector
• Realigning organizations within federal/state administrations
• Optimizing processes in HR, budget, procurement, and accounting
• Supporting the implementation of modernization projects (e.g., AI, automation)
• Developing digitization strategies and transformation implementation concepts
• Efficiently linking processes between business, strategy, and IT
• Managing programs and projects for federal and state administrations

Requirements:

• Initial practical project experience in digital transformation within the public sector
• An outstanding degree (Bachelor/Master)
• Basic knowledge of the structure, tasks, processes, and challenges of public administration
• Interest in automating business processes, ideally with initial project experience
• Affinity for RPA, Workflow, LLP, NLP, etc.
• Enjoyment in combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work
• High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, as well as very good MS Office skills
• Excellent German and English skills
