Job Description
Flagstone is seeking a Talent Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is based in London and focuses on scaling teams, particularly in tech and product. The Talent Partner will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring quality hires that contribute to the company's goals and culture.

Role Involves:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
  • Filling key roles with a focus on product and design skill sets.
  • Handling a high volume of recruitment while maintaining quality.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to lead the recruitment process.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of in-house recruitment experience in high-growth, tech, or product-led businesses.
  • Experience in scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to positively present the company and open roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Commitment to building an inclusive hiring process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player with initiative and a desire to learn.
