Job Description
Flagstone is seeking a Talent Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is based in London and focuses on scaling teams, particularly in tech and product. The Talent Partner will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring quality hires that contribute to the company's goals and culture.
Role Involves:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Filling key roles with a focus on product and design skill sets.
- Handling a high volume of recruitment while maintaining quality.
- Partnering with hiring managers to lead the recruitment process.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of in-house recruitment experience in high-growth, tech, or product-led businesses.
- Experience in scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to positively present the company and open roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Commitment to building an inclusive hiring process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
