DeVries is seeking a Creative Director, Copy to develop innovative ideas and sell them to clients. This role requires a conceptual thinker with omnichannel expertise, capable of solving client challenges across various marketing channels and emerging technologies. The Creative Director will collaborate with designers, content experts, and producers to bring ideas to life, contribute to communication strategies, and inspire teammates.Responsibilities include:
- Developing creative concepts that solve client problems.
- Generating innovative ideas across digital platforms.
- Articulating and justifying conceptual and design choices.
- Guiding and mentoring junior members of the Creative team.
- Promoting continual creative improvement.
- Leading concept, creative development, and presentation of new business development efforts.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a creative and conceptual leadership role.
- Winning track record of ideas being sold-in and executed.
- Beauty, luxury or female targeted brand experience a plus.
- Demonstrated skill in copywriting.
- Proven experience managing the creative development process in a client-services environment.
- Strong ability to provide clear creative direction.
- Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize work and resources.
- Proven leadership skills with experience guiding large teams.
- Proven mentoring and team-building skills.
