Job Description
Creditas is seeking a Junior Sales Consultant to join their Insurance team. This role focuses on selling life and dental insurance, managing client relationships, and developing commercial actions. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance sales, client management, and a strong understanding of insurance products.Creditas is the largest online credit platform in Latin America, offering loans, insurance, and investments. The Insurance team is committed to providing quality service and a personalized digital experience.Responsibilities:- Selling life and dental insurance consultatively and building customer loyalty.
- Managing insurance movements and relationships with HR teams of partner companies.
- Actively and receptively contacting the customer base of Insurance and Creditas.
- Understanding the needs and dreams of future customers to present an appropriate proposal.
- Clarifying information and details about the proposal, coverages, duties, and obligations.
- Overcoming objections from potential customers and arguing about values and conditions.
- Developing commercial actions and action plans.
- Completed high school education.
- Proven professional experience with life and dental insurance sales.
- Experience with managing multiple brokers.
- Experience in health and dental plan movements and relationship with HR teams.
- Knowledge of insurance pricing techniques, insurance calculations, and risk analysis.
- Experience in analyzing proposals and adjusting insurance coverages.
- Practical experience with high volume portfolio and goals.
- Practical experience with consultative sales by telephone.
- Excellent Portuguese in writing and communication.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Agility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Analytical vision, project management, and continuous improvement of processes.
- Quick reasoning to understand and solve problems.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model monthly in the office in Morumbi, São Paulo/São Paulo.
