Too Good To Go is seeking a Junior Retail Operations Specialist to join their Supermarket Key Account Team. This role involves supporting the management and development of key account operations within the grocery retail sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about reducing food waste and contributing to a sustainable environment.
Role involves:
Acquiring new partners in the grocery retail sector through proactive phone and email outreach.
Supporting the Key Account Outbound Team by preparing and following up on field service appointments.
Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication.
Developing strategies to improve KPIs and processes in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
Conducting targeted analyses to identify optimization potentials and implement structured measures.
Planning and executing calling campaigns for performance optimization.
Contributing to administrative and organizational tasks.
Collaborating with various subteams to identify challenges and improve existing processes.
Utilizing internal tools such as Salesforce and Looker for daily tasks and creating reports.
Requirements:
Passion for the mission of combating food waste.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Understanding of the structures and processes in the German grocery retail sector.
Fluency in German and English.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ideally, experience in account management, preferably in the food retail sector.
Team spirit and a positive, proactive attitude.
