Job Description
Harbor is seeking an M&A Integration Lead to join their Integrations + Risk team. The M&A Integration Lead will be responsible for developing and deploying integration strategies, conducting team meetings, tracking progress, and reporting results. They will also document lessons learned from each integration. This role requires prioritization, problem-solving, and early risk mitigation. This position may be remote or hybrid and can be worked from the US or Canada.

Role involves:
  • Defining integration strategy and setting goals.
  • Managing the integration governance model.
  • Identifying key stakeholders, risks, and dependencies.
  • Translating diligence findings into actionable integration plans.
  • Managing all phases of the integration process.
  • Evaluating the outcome and impact of integrations.
  • Building and refining the Integration playbook.
  • Managing expectations and feedback of employees and stakeholders.
  • Evaluating and mitigating risks associated with integration.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, or strategic project execution.
  • Exposure to multiple M&A transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional process.
  • Experience using tools like Airtable, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
  • Strong communicator with a high EQ.
  • Analytical mindset and structured problem-solver.
