The Customer Relationship team is committed to resolving customer demands, ensuring effective solutions and excellent service. The analyst will be responsible for post-sales support across various communication channels, including email, chat, WhatsApp, and phone, using CRM. Performance will be evaluated based on quality and efficiency metrics to ensure continuous improvement in customer service.
Role Involves:
- Providing post-sales support through various communication channels (email, chat, WhatsApp, phone).
- Using CRM to manage customer interactions.
- Meeting quality and efficiency goals to improve customer service.
- Ensuring effective solutions and excellent service to customers.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Enrolled in or completed higher education.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship.
- Customer-focused and didactic approach.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
