Job Description
Lush is seeking a Full-Time Floor Leader for their Annapolis Mall location. This role involves supporting the Store Management Team in various aspects of the business, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, a motivated staff, and operational excellence. The Floor Leader will spend their day on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Driving sales and providing coaching to the sales team.
- Delivering a world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations.
- Educating customers on Lush brand values.
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors and peers.
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
