Job Description
Pharmbills is seeking a Hiring Manager to lead a team of recruiters and optimize hiring pipelines. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across departments to ensure the right people are placed in the right roles quickly. The Hiring Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of U.S. healthcare support by building high-performing teams.

What this role involves:
  • Guiding and mentoring recruiters, setting clear hiring targets and priorities.
  • Reviewing, interviewing, evaluating, and allocating candidates to client teams.
  • Presenting top talent to Team Leads, Captains, CSMs, and Clients.
  • Conducting quality checks on recruiter performance and hiring stages.
  • Escalating issues when targets aren’t met or bottlenecks arise.
  • Holding 1-on-1 sessions with recruiters to support their growth and resolve roadblocks.
  • Acting as the link between Talent Acquisition and Customer Success leadership.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • Experience in leading or mentoring recruitment teams.
