Job Description
The NFL is seeking a Director of Marketing Technology Strategy & Operations to align marketing technology investments with business objectives. This role acts as a bridge between product, technical, and business teams, ensuring platforms deliver measurable impact and enable fan-first experiences. The Director owns the intake and prioritization framework for MarTech resources across clubs, international markets, and central business teams. Success requires partnership with various teams to ensure effective platform usage and evolution based on user needs.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a MarTech capability roadmap.
- Establish and lead intake and prioritization processes.
- Track adoption, platform performance, and ROI of key MarTech tools.
- Create and deliver executive-level dashboards and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product, Solutions, Marketing, and Data & Analytics teams.
- Lead development of rollout playbooks, KPI frameworks, and training materials.
- Build and maintain internal toolkits and communication plans.
- Manage vendor relationships and enterprise platform partners.
- Serve as an extended member of stakeholder business teams.
- Act as a primary liaison to Clubs and international markets.
- Support global scalability by incorporating localization needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends.
Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital strategy, or marketing operations.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional MarTech or digital transformation programs at scale.
- Experience with enterprise MarTech platforms including CDPs, journey orchestration, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into platform roadmaps and KPIs.
- Proven experience building intake frameworks and operational governance models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or related field.
