Job Description

Vonage is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Singapore. This role is focused on API/CPaaS solutions, helping businesses accelerate digital transformation through unified communications and communication APIs. The SDR will be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying prospects, assessing their needs, and scheduling meetings with the sales team to drive pipeline growth. What This Role Involves:

  • Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Leveraging sales tools to research and engage with potential customers.
  • Customizing outreach strategies based on prospect goals and market trends.
  • Educating prospects on Vonage API solutions.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging.
  • Achieving monthly targets for qualified meetings and new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Spanish is required, Italian is a big advantage
  • A proactive and determined mindset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Creativity in prospecting strategies.
  • Proven ability to meet targets.
  • Previous experience in Sales Development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
