Job Description

NEORIS is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration flows using Informatica PowerCenter. They will collaborate on data modeling for analytical and business intelligence solutions, perform exploratory analysis, clean and transform large volumes of data, and validate data quality and integrity.

The Data Analyst will also document ETL processes, data models, and business rules, identify opportunities for improvement in ETL processes, and work with various data sources. They will support the implementation of reports and dashboards and collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining data integration flows using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Collaborating on data modeling for analytical and business intelligence solutions.
  • Performing exploratory analysis, cleaning, and transforming large volumes of data.
  • Validating and ensuring the quality and integrity of processed data.
  • Documenting ETL processes, data models, and business rules.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in ETL processes.
  • Working with various data sources, including databases, flat files, and APIs.
  • Supporting the implementation of reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborating with engineering, data science, and business teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in ETL processes with Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is desirable.
  • Knowledge in scripting (Python, Shell) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse or cloud environments (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure, Talend).
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and ticket management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
