Requirements:

• Analytical skills and logical reasoning.
• Active enrollment in a higher education institution in a relevant undergraduate course.
• Expected graduation between July 2026 and July 2027.
• Availability to work in a face-to-face/hybrid model (depending on the area).
• Availability to intern 6 hours a day.
• Availability to start at XP Inc. in early August 2025.
• Residence in or near the city of São Paulo.
