Precision for Medicine is seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to enhance its global team. This role is pivotal in constructing robust, integrated marketing programs that leverage content, email, and both paid and organic digital marketing strategies. The primary focus is to boost awareness, generate demand, and capture qualified leads. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in digital marketing, including lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and website optimization.This role involves:- Supporting the development of new content and campaigns.
- Implementing digital marketing tactics to generate qualified leads.
- Partnering with Marketing & Sales to develop integrated campaigns.
- Planning multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, and email.
- Building landing pages, ads, and emails.
- Supporting the execution of a content atomization strategy.
- Collaborating with design and content teams.
- Overseeing the library of templates for email marketing and landing pages.
- Delivering marketing analytics to optimize campaign performance.
- Supporting the implementation of account-based marketing initiatives.
- Optimizing CRM and tech stack health.
- Implementing robust reporting frameworks.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in biotech/life sciences (preferred).
- Prior experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM).
- Previous experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
