Precision for Medicine is seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to enhance its global team. This role is pivotal in constructing robust, integrated marketing programs through content, email, and both paid and organic digital marketing strategies. The primary focus is to boost awareness, generate demand, and capture qualified leads.This role involves:
  • Supporting the development of new content and campaigns.
  • Implementing digital marketing tactics to generate qualified leads.
  • Partnering with Marketing & Sales to reach account targets and develop integrated campaigns.
  • Supporting multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, content marketing, and emails.
  • Building landing pages, ads, and emails to engage prospects and customers.
  • Supporting the execution of a content atomization strategy.
  • Collaborating with design and content teams for campaign elements.
  • Overseeing the library of templates for email marketing and landing pages.
  • Delivering marketing analytics to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate ROI.
  • Supporting the implementation of account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Optimizing CRM and tech stack health.
  • Implementing robust reporting frameworks to surface actionable leads.
Requirements for this position include:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in biotech/life sciences preferred.
  • Prior experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Previous experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
