Precision for Medicine is seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to join their Global Team. This role is responsible for building strong, integrated marketing programs using content, email, and paid/organic digital marketing to drive awareness, demand generation, and capture qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in various digital marketing disciplines and a blend of analytical prowess and creative flair.Role involves:
- Supporting the development of new content and campaigns.
- Implementing digital marketing tactics to generate qualified leads.
- Partnering with Marketing & Sales to reach account targets and develop integrated campaigns.
- Supporting planning for multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, content marketing, and emails.
- Building landing pages, ads, and emails.
- Supporting the execution of a content atomization strategy.
- Collaborating with design and content team members.
- Overseeing the library of templates for email marketing, landing pages, and forms.
- Delivering marketing analytics to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate ROI.
- Supporting the implementation of account-based marketing initiatives.
- Optimizing CRM and tech stack health.
- Implementing robust reporting frameworks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Prior experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM).
- Previous experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, RollWorks, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce).
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage large complex projects.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, PPC, ABM, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
- Proficient CRM user (Salesforce and Hubspot).
- Solid understanding of sales funnels and account-based marketing strategies.
- Planning and executional skills.
- Ability to build reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional at productivity and communications software.
- Strong verbal, written, knowledge management, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
